Registration Fees
Early Bird rates must be fully paid by 31 August 2011 for the discount to apply. Unpaid Early Bird registrations will revert to the Standard rate on September 01 2011.
Congress fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

PAYMENT
Payment Methods
Full payment of fees is required in order to attend the Congress.
Payment can be made online at the time of registering, or at a later time upon receipt of invoice. A Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you upon completion of the online registration form. If you do not receive this within 3 days, please contact the Congress Office.

Cheque / Bank Draft:
Please make cheque/bank draft in Australian Dollars payable to “The Fertility Society of Australia” and mail to the Congress Office.
International delegates please note: Cheque payment must be received by way of an international bank draft in Australian Dollars which states an Australian drawee bank. We cannot accept personal or company cheques.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration Fees & Social Events
Cancellations received in writing at the Congress Office 45 days prior to the Congress commencement date will receive a refund less an administration fee of handling fee of $100 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted.
All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Congress Office and will only be validated pending an acknowledgement of reply from the Congress Office.
Accommodation
Hotels impose strict cancellation policies and may charge 100% cancellation fee within 30 days. Please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policies. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded in writing to the Congress Office.
Insurance
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Congress Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
Tax
All Congress Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST
